What we keep
- Name, phone and email (if you gave one).
- Pickup address, if you booked a courier.
- Your booking and repair details.
- If you created an account: email and an encrypted password. We cannot see your password.
Why
To book your repair, update you on it and honour the warranty. We never sell your data or send marketing without your consent.
Your phone’s data
We do not access the photos, messages or files on your phone. For most repairs we never ask for your passcode.
Cookies
The site stores only your booking and your sign-in in your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies.
