Questions
How long does a repair take?
A screen or battery takes 30 to 45 minutes. Back glass and complex repairs are ready the same day.
Will I lose my data?
Not when we replace a part. A backup before any repair is still a good idea.
What is the difference between an original and an aftermarket screen?
An original screen is made by the manufacturer, with exact colour and brightness. An aftermarket screen costs less, and we say exactly which kind it is: Soft OLED, OLED or LCD.
What does the warranty cover?
Any fault in the part we fitted or in our work, for the period shown next to the price. New breakage and water damage are not covered.
Can a courier collect my phone?
Yes. Choose courier pickup when you book, and we collect and return it.
Do you repair Samsung, Pixel and Xiaomi too?
